Frequently asked questions

Can I just get a quote?

Of course. Quotes, on-site surveys and consultations are all free. You're welcome to use us just to compare with other quotes. Contact us by form or phone.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of Kagoshima Prefecture, centred on Kirishima. Within the prefecture we can visit the same day at the earliest, usually by the next business day. If you're outside the area, please ask us anyway.

Can you service equipment I bought elsewhere?

In many cases, yes. We'll check the model and condition and tell you honestly whether we can service it. We won't push you to replace equipment that is simply hard to maintain.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

We also handle one-off jobs, such as a single repair or installation. Annual maintenance contracts are optional and entirely your choice. We don't do pushy sales.

How and when do I pay?

We accept bank transfer. In principle we close accounts at month-end, with payment due at the end of the following month. Lease and installment options are available on request.
